PicLiva FAQ
How private browser processing, dimensions, formats and upload limits work.
Are images uploaded to PicLiva?
No. PicLiva’s current tools process selected images locally in your browser. Your image files are not sent to PicLiva.
What is the difference between resize and compress?
Resizing changes pixel width and height. Compressing reduces file size in KB or MB. Some upload forms check both.
Can I make an image fit an exact KB limit?
Yes. Use Compress to KB and enter the maximum shown by the receiving form. The result may be slightly below the target.
Which image formats does PicLiva support?
Current tools primarily support JPG, PNG and WebP. Accepted and exported formats vary by tool.
Can I use PicLiva on a phone or computer??
No. Requirements can change and may include dimensions, file-size ranges, format, background and content rules. Always verify the current official instructions.
